Man’s request to increase his lifespan has always been an ancient matter as old as his existence, and his questions about the factors affecting the number of years of his life. This has been the focus of philosophers and writers throughout the ages, but what is the opinion of scientists on this subject and how is it related to the sport of riding a bicycle?

And in 2016, a study of 45,000 people published in a Danish journal and whose data was collected over 20 years found that regular cyclists reduce the risk of dying from a heart attack by between 11 and 18 percent, compared to people who don't ride a bike.
