Which shipping company is authorized?

Our authorized shipping companies are Aymakan and SMSA.

Order Shipping Duration

You won't have to wait long, as we start working on your order immediately after the purchase is completed.

 

. Shipments within Riyadh are delivered within 4 to 5 business days.

. Shipments to all other regions of the Kingdom are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

The tracking number will be sent to your mobile number or email address provided in your shipping details or registered in your account with us. You can enter the tracking number into the shipping company's dashboard. You may also contact us via our communication channels if you encounter any issues regarding shipping and delivery.

 

 

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Yes, only before the order has been shipped.

1- Products are ordered directly from the Darajati online store, and payment must be made prior to shipping using the various payment methods enabled on the store.

2- After the shipping process, the customer will be notified with the shipping details immediately. The shipping company will contact the customer to coordinate a convenient time for delivery.

3- Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the product is no longer under the control of Darajati store, and the shipping company becomes responsible for the order.

 

4- If you are located in certain remote areas, provinces, or villages, the shipping company may require you to pick up your order from a designated collection point.
