Thank you for choosing Darrajati to purchase your favorite products; we are happy to serve you. Sometimes you may change your mind regarding the products you have purchased, but don't worry. At Darrajati, we will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

Exchanges are available within two days, and returns within one day from the date of purchase. This policy applies provided that the product is in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition as when purchased, and it must not have been used. Bicycles must not have been used anywhere for return or exchange; once used on the street or elsewhere, they are considered used. Requests for accessory installation within the showroom are a free service provided to the customer, and it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the original packaging and repack the item when returning it so that it is in its original condition as when purchased.

Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same item, provided the customer delivers them to Darrajati after a technical report is issued by the maintenance center, which takes 48 hours. The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the return or exchange procedures. The value of purchases made via credit cards or bank checks will be refunded to the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) business days. The customer must follow up on the payment process with their bank.

Exceptions not covered by the return and exchange policy:

Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse or lack of knowledge on how to use the device according to the instructions.

Padded shorts, socks, face covers, and other undergarments.

Car racks (The buyer must ensure the product is compatible with the intended vehicle before purchase through the company's website or by any other means.
