Darajaty Bicycle Warranty for You: Darajaty grants you a warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship for all original equipment and aftermarket products, as specified below.

Lifetime Warranty: Includes the frame (frame and rigid fork only) and the main structure, and remains valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser only.

Two-Year Warranty: Includes: suspension, including the rear shock and its components; paint and decals; all drivetrain components.

Subsequent Ownership: Subsequent owners (second or later) are entitled to a two-year warranty starting from the original date of purchase when the used bicycle is sold by Darajaty. You will be required to provide original proof of purchase documents to verify the validity of the warranty coverage period.

This warranty does not apply in the event of: Improper assembly or installation. Corrosion or rust. Incorrect maintenance and the lack of periodic maintenance at an authorized dealer or distributor. Installation of components, spare parts, or accessories not originally intended for the bicycle, incompatible with it, or from companies not authorized by Darajaty. Damage or losses caused by accidents, misuse, improper use, neglect, or when replacing or modifying a part. Products not registered for ownership (i.e., any other original part or component) are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Consumable parts such as brake pads, tires, chains, etc. The warranty does not cover cases where the bicycle is stored in the sun for long periods without protection. Bicycles used in commercial activities, including those used in rental or trial fleets. The warranty does not apply to wholesale sales. Excessive weight, as every bicycle has a maximum weight limit: Road and hybrid bikes with carbon forks have a 120 kg maximum limit, while aluminum mountain bikes have a 130 kg maximum limit and carbon ones have a 120 kg limit. ... This warranty becomes completely void in the event of any modification to the frame, fork, or any components. This warranty extends from the original date of purchase. ... Darajaty is not responsible for any incidental or consequential uses or damages. Darajaty Carbon Fiber Bicycle Care Program: Sometimes accidents happen, and we know how much you love your bikes, and we also understand the burden of having to replace a damaged frame or part when it is not covered by the warranty. For this specific reason, we offer you the Darajaty Carbon Fiber Care Program, which you can use to receive a discount when replacing a frame or any other part in the event of damage occurring outside the warranty coverage period.
